Internal Sales & Operations Support

We are keen to hire someone for a Sales & Operations Support position and who can start immediately or within the next two weeks of accepting an offer.

The role involves, but not limited to:

Responding to email and phone enquiries about skylights, as well as attending to customers visiting the showroom.
Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable skylight solutions.
Working and liaising with team members, installers, and suppliers.
Processing desk quotes based on onsite inspection reports from our installers, or information gathered directly from customers.

For the role, we provide ample training on product knowledge and with our Salesforce operating systems to equip you with the necessary skills to meet the requirements of the job.
