We are looking for a Internal Sales and Operation Support person who has a genuine desire to engage and connect with customers, is attentive to important & relevant details, and with strong work ethics.

Some experience in the building or construction industry, or home improvement/maintenance works will be an advantage.

Physical fitness is required as the role may involve some heavy lifting.

The role involves, but not limited to:

• Responding to incoming enquiries via telephone, email, showroom walk-ins
• Providing information to customers about the benefits and features of the various range of skylights.
• Preparing desk quotes based on initial information provided.
• Following up of sales quotes and enquiries.
• Clarifying to customers the scope of works as stated in the sales quotes.
• Coordinating the installation bookings with installers and customer.
• Monitoring stock requirements and deliveries for the installation jobs.
